Our history
1966
Downing Teal inaugurated its first office in Perth, Australia; and later established offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Gladstone. Throughout the years, Downing Teal positioned itself as a prominent consultant in the field of talent recruitment and selection for the productive and industrial sectors, including mining, engineering & construction, energy, oil & gas, and manufacturing, among others.
2001
Downing Teal inaugurates its office in Santiago, Chile, thus establishing the Group’s first international office. From Chile, the organization strengthens itself by setting up offices in Peru and Brazil.
2019
Downing Teal acquires the participation of Australian shareholders in the Latin American region, strengthening its presence in the region and consolidating a network of alliances in Australia, Canada, US and South Africa.
2021
We celebrate 20 years of experience in the Latin American region.
